The mission of the municipal court is to impartially adjudicate ordinance violation cases such that the legal rights of individuals are safeguarded and public interest is protected.

If you would like to utilize the RI Good Driving Statue, you need a copy of your Driving Abstract. Currently, this Court can only obtain the RI Driving Abstracts. Therefore, if you hold an out-of-state license, then you must obtain a Driving Abstract from the Registry Of Motor Vehicles within the state you hold your license.
