The Meals-Site Program in the Town has expanded to include a variety of Senior Services, offered to all those 55 and over.

FLU SHOTS will be availalbe at the Crandall House on
Tuesday, October 14th from 10am until noon.
All Seniors are eligible for a flu shot regardless of insurance coverage.

  • Served around 11:30am, Monday through Friday
  • Suggested donation of $3 per person per meal
  • Foods prepared both on site and catered

Meals-On-Wheels, call 377-2875 or 1-800-446-3257
  • Delivered Monday through Friday to individuals who are unable to come to the Crandall House
  • Requires a written recommendation from your doctor explaining your circumstances
  • Suggested donation of $3.00 per person per meal

  • Art Classes - Mondays from 5-8pm

  • Yolates (yoga & pilates)- Mondays and Wendesdays from 5:30-6:30pm

  • Visiting Nurse - 2nd Tuesday of each month from 10am to 12pm at the Crandall House

Transportation
The RIde program provides transportation services to those 60 and older and handicapped persons under 60 who meet certain criteria.

Transportation is generally available weekdays for doctors’ appointments, therapy, medical tests, senior day care, kidney dialysis, cancer treatments and meal site lunches. Call RIde approximately three to four weeks prior to appointments at 461-9760 or 1-800-479-6902.
