Be Prepared During Hurricane Season
It is hurricane season in Rhode Island and all Rhode Islanders should have a plan in place in case of a hurricane emergency. Rhode Island Emergency Management Agency has dedicated their June newsletter to hurricanes which can be accessed by clicking here. In addition to providing a wealth of information about hurricanes, page 7 of the newsletter provides a one page plan that you can use to be prepared in the event of a hurricane hitting Rhode Island. The Hopkinton Town Council encourages you to review this information and prepare a plan in the event of a hurricane. |
